Hogia as Data Controller

Hogia’s head office is located in Sweden, and the Hogia Group complies with Swedish and European data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hogia AB, company registration number 556108-8039, is the data controller for the personal data processed by the Hogia Group in its role as data controller.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is only collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and we only collect data necessary for those purposes. The type of personal data we process depends on the purpose of the processing.

To fulfill the purposes of Hogia’s processing of personal data, we may engage IT service and system providers who process personal data on our behalf. These providers act as data processors and may only process personal data in accordance with Hogia’s explicit instructions. They are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes and are required by law and contract to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Hogia does not store, transfer, or otherwise process personal data of employees, customers, or partners outside the EU/EEA unless otherwise agreed.

Processing of Personal Data for Communication Purposes

When you interact with us through various marketing channels, we may store personal data to communicate with you. We also store personal data for newsletter subscribers. This data is stored in our CRM systems, and you may contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
