Cancellation Protection
You may add a cancellation protection, which applies in the event of illness or accident upon presentation of a medical certificate. The course fee will be refunded excluding the cost of the cancellation protection. The cancellation protection is added for all participants in the booking and costs SEK 390 per participant.

General Terms for Training Courses and User Meetings
Registration
Registration can be made on the website, by phone at +46 (0)303-662 00, or via email to utbildning@hogia.se.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice, which must be paid before the start of the training course/user meeting.
All prices and fees are stated excluding VAT.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a colleague.
We reserve the right to cancel scheduled training courses, user meetings, events, and seminars up to fourteen days before the start date if there are too few participants. We therefore recommend waiting to book any travel until there are less than two weeks remaining.
General Training Courses
Rescheduling Policy for General Training Courses
- Free rescheduling up to 30 days before the course start date.
- If rescheduled 29–11 days before the course starts, an administrative fee of SEK 1,000 per course day will be charged, up to a maximum of SEK 3,000.
- If rescheduled 10 days before the course or later, the full course fee will be charged.
The course spot may be transferred. Only one rescheduling is allowed per course.

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the course start date.
- If cancelled 29–15 days before the course starts, 50% of the fee will be charged.
- If cancelled 14 days before the course or later, the full fee will be charged.
The course spot may be transferred. We reserve the right to cancel courses with too few participants.

User Meetings

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the user meeting.
- If cancelled 29–15 days before the start of the user meeting, 50% of the fee will be charged.
- If cancelled 14 days before the user meeting or later, the full fee will be charged.
The spot may be transferred to another person.
Events & Seminars
For events and seminars, registration is binding. The spot may be transferred to another person but cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.
