I Hogia-gruppen har vi en målsättning om att vår fakturahantering ska motsvara 100 % e-faktura. Vi önskar därför att er faktura skickas till oss som just e-faktura. I annat fall finns e-postadress för pdf-fakturor.
E-faktura/pdf-faktura, vad är skillnaden?
En e-faktura är en faktura som skickas, mottages och blir behandlad helt elektroniskt. Hela flödet, från det att fakturan blir skapad i affärssystemet tills dess att den når mottagaren, är automatiserad. En pdf-faktura är en digitaliserad bild av en “pappersfaktura”, som mailas, vilket gör att den måste hanteras manuellt alternativt tolkas för att sedan hanteras i reskontran.
Vad är PEPPOL?
PEPPOL ett standardiserat sätt att skicka/ta emot elektroniska dokument, så som fakturor, inom och över EU:s gränser.
